AlexAlex Raymonds Oduor
Nairobi, Kenya

Mr. Oduor is a Kenyan Agricultural Engineer with an MSc. Degree from The UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education: International Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering obtained in Delft – The Netherlands. His experience covers the field of Soil & Water Engineering, Rainwater Harvesting, Steepland Research, Dryland Management and Small scale irrigation. Alex worked as a Soil Conservation Officer with the Kenyan Ministry of Agriculture before joining the Swedish Agency for Research Cooperation with Developing Countries (SAREC) Post Graduate Programme on Soil & Water Management at The University of Nairobi’s Steepland Research Station as a Research Technologist. He is currently the Programme Officer for the Water Management Unit at The World Agroforestry Centre and a member of the Secretariat for the Southern and Eastern Africa Rainwater Network (SearNet).
